RETURNS

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used, opened, or damaged in any way we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

To return goods, please first contact us via email quoting your order number to obtain a Return number. To expedite the process, please include photos of your product as you received it, including images of the state of the product seals.

Once your order has been approved for return, please ship your items via tracked and signed post with the Return number clearly displayed on the parcel. This will need to be shipped to the following address:
