By using this website (thechempist.com) and purchasing products or services on it, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

By using this website and placing an order at thechempist.com you certify that you are at least 18 years of age. This website, with all its contents, is intended solely for consenting adults.

By accepting marketing communications within our checkout process, you agree to receive communications from thechempist.com via email or SMS. You can opt out at any time in any of our communications, or by contacting us directly via our contact us page.

PAYMENT

Payment is made by PayPal at the time you place your order. (the payment methods we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order). We process your order once we have confirmed we have received the funds into our account.

Please note that you cannot use discount codes with any sale items or promotions on the website.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that discount codes are applied to their order before proceeding to payment. Please ensure that the order is thoroughly checked before being placed as we are unable to apply any retrospective discounts or coupons once the order has been finalised.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 8pm the next working day, Monday to Friday (subject to items being in stock). Any orders placed after 8pm will be despatched in 2 working days - this does NOT include weekends. If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped out, please contact our team at info@thechempist.com.

U.K Delivery Options:

First Class delivery: £2.99 (1-3 working days)

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unused, unopened with any seals intact. If an item has been used, opened or damaged in any way we cannot accept a return due to potential contamination of the product.

If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card. If you have not received a card please contact your local Royal Mail depot and confirm both your full name and order number to rearrange delivery.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct prior to completing your order, as these details cannot be changed once the order has been despatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All products on our website are legal and can be shipped within the United Kingdom. We currently do not ship internationally.

We cannot provide any information on the legal status of a product in any other country. You accept the responsibility to inform yourself about your local laws, import and customs regulations before ordering and you certify that the import to your country of the products ordered is legal. By placing an order at thechempist.com you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be shipped to you.

RETURNS

Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used, opened, or damaged in any way we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.

To return goods, please first contact us via email quoting your order number to obtain a Return number. To expedite the process, please include photos of your product as you received it, including images of the state of the product seals.

Once your order has been approved for return, please ship your items via tracked and signed post with the Return number clearly displayed on the parcel. This will need to be shipped to the following address:
